1- Shipping Locations:

– Domestic Shipping:
We offer shipping within Lebanon. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and accessible.

– International Shipping:
We Offer International Shipping.

 

2- Processing Time:

– Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days in Lebanon. International orders are processed 5-14 business days (depends on Location) Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

– Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

 

3- Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

 

4- Delivery Issues:

– Failed Delivery Attempts:
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

– Lost or Stolen Packages:
Matchaline is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier for assistance.

– Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your case and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.

 

5- Address Changes:

– Before Shipping:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

– After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly to inquire about rerouting options.

 

6- Order Tracking:

– Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

– Delayed Delivery:
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking information for updates. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team.

– Signature Upon Delivery:
